Agri Tourism-Going back to the roots

In a world where Vertical expansions are the theme of the day ....in a world where people are getting to actually live at a height where they can feel the sky up and close... a world where a certain gentleman has made himself a home of say around 27 floors ....in that world some people are going back to visit their roots
People who have been living all their lives in the hustle-bustle of the metros ,the wannabe metros and the smaller cities want to go and relish the feel of living in a village....and some intelligent human being saw an opportunity out of it and thus emerged the most innovative tourism product by the Ministry of tourism of India, Agri Tourism.
The concept is not new , it has evolved from where humans lived before they got busy in the race to make it big.....they used to live there and hate it because of the lack of the opportunities but now they pay to get back there and stay there as a break from their lives of air-conditioners and laptops to enjoy the fun of clay-moulding and eating fruits picked by them from the trees rather than the processed juice in the retail store near to their flat.....
The concept is spreading and spreading like fire because it offer an opportunity to the people who are a part of the rat race to break free and reconnect to the nature ......no longer is a foreign trip as attractive as a trip to the hills of a village and living with the villagers....
Considering the four P’s for this service ....Its not only the place of this service that attracts the consumers but also the price advantage as compared to other holiday destinations.....u get a healthier package at a lesser price .....nothing works better than that theme......and our product is easily at par with any other offering in its category...it provides you with all the facilities, you enjoy yourself close to nature ,it comes at a cheaper rate than a foreign trip (J) and you can tell proudly to your kids that the villages are where you spent your childhood ...... the only thing that i feel is a bit slack is the promotional activities that have been there .....though the world is catching up but not yet at the speed at which it has the potential of .......but as more and more young people get into exploring the opportunity in this field ...i guess in due time that would be taken care of to and also the government is also supportive of this new variant of tourism...
They say “Innovation is the key to success” and i cannot agree more.....who would have thought that the same people who ran away from the villages to the dream cities to make it big would like to come back to those villages again and this time at a price ??? But as i said some wise person did see the opportunity and we should be glad that such a thing happened ....because thanks to the innovation we have a chance of going back to our roots and feel happy about it ....... MAKE A MOVE

Whats often said is seldom done and whats done is seldom said ...thats  the irony we live in today.....often at the friendly evening discussions we often point out the problems in our educational system , in our economical situations, in our administrative scenarios.......we discuss corruption, red tapism ,politics and what all should be done to stop it and make the country a better place to live in.....yet the very next second if we face a situations where we have done something and can be let off with a small bribe we do so as who wants to get involved in the mess of the judicial system....
What now???? when the world has its eyes on India...when we have d resources to make it happen....when we have chance to change the way things happen.....should we not now stop talking about what should be done instead do something....MAKE A MOVE...
We live in a world where we have all the freedom that one could wish for...its time we make use of that freedom in a way that it would help others around us also....yea, I agree that what we do as an individual may not create that big an impact on the whole macro scenario of the country ...but then its drops eventually that form the sea ...i know its a long shot but then its worth atry ..dont you think???
The next challenge people say they face is the channel through which they could help ......what is the appropiate and trust worthy channel....well according to me the first channel of helping others would be you yourself.. if you have a child employed below the age of 14 .....stop that and promote his parents to send him to school rather than involve him in the drudgery .......true they may not agree and send the kid to another home but then if all d it then they would listen ..dont you think.....
Do your duties atleast ...the rest may or may not follow.....its tough but you are doing your bit for the country that has given you all....for the people who have helped you in times of need ....for d child across the street who does not know whats the spelling of begging yet does that same thing everyday .....
Give your hand to help build a solid base for the future of this world...the kids...help spread education.....to one and to all...without the barriers of caste, creed or sex.....we all have the same right to grow , learn and flourish....we are all the citizens of the same country..
Give them a chance ...to grow and reach the levels of success that you have reached ...to a be a better person than we are ...and for the world to be a better place ....a much better place...
